Chris D'Elia is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and podcast host. Born on March 29, 1980, in Montclair, New Jersey, D'Elia is best known for his roles in various television shows. He played Alex Miller in the NBC sitcom Whitney, Danny Burton in the NBC sitcom Undateable, Kenny in the ABC series The Good Doctor, and Henderson in the Netflix thriller series You. D'Elia's parents are television producer and director Bill D'Elia and interior decorator Ellie D'Elia. He has a younger brother, Matt D'Elia, who is a filmmaker/actor. D'Elia began his acting career in high school and later attended New York University to study acting. However, he dropped out after a year and pursued his acting career full-time.
