Heather Burns is an American actress known for her roles in various movies and TV shows. She gained recognition for portraying Miss Rhode Island Cheryl Frasier in the films Miss Congeniality (2000) and Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (2005). Additionally, she has appeared in films such as You've Got Mail (1998), Two Weeks Notice (2002), and Bewitched (2005). Born in Chicago, Illinois, Burns attended Evanston Township High School and later graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Her father, Jim Burns, was a basketball player for the Chicago Bulls and served as the US Attorney in Chicago from 1992 to 1996. Burns has also worked alongside Sandra Bullock in multiple films and has held recurring roles in TV series such as Bored to Death and Sneaky Pete.
