Joe Dinicol Biography
Joe Dinicol (born December 22, 1983) is a Canadian actor known for his portrayal of Rory Regan / Ragman in a recurring role in the fifth season of Arrow. Born in Stratford, Ontario, Dinicol comes from a family with a background in acting. He began his career as a child actor at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and has since appeared on Canadian television series such as Train 48 and Rideau Hall. Dinicol has also performed on stage, including notable plays like Antony and Cleopatra, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Waiting for Godot, and Richard III. He starred as the lead in the Amazon-produced series Betas and appeared in Paul Gross's Passchendaele in 2008.
