Joey Miyashima Biography
Joey Miyashima (born November 18, 1957) is an American television and film actor. Born in Los Angeles to Japanese parents, Miyashima has appeared in various TV shows and movies throughout his career. He portrayed Oki Doki, Pee-wee Herman's Japanese pen pal, in the episode 'Accidental Playhouse' of Pee-Wee's Playhouse. He also had roles in episodes of The Tracey Ullman Show and its spin-off, The Simpsons, where he voiced Toshiro, the apprentice chef, in the episode 'One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish.' Miyashima played Principal Dave Matsui in the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical and its sequel, High School Musical 3: Senior Year. He also made a cameo as a police officer in the DCOM Dadnapped.
