Tim Chiou Biography
Tim Chiou (born November 23, 1979) is an American actor known for his roles in both television and film. He gained recognition for his portrayal of venture capitalist Ed Chen in Season 4 of HBO's Silicon Valley, where he parodied Silicon Valley 'bro' culture. Chiou attended UCLA, where he was involved in the Asian American theatre company LCC, co-founded by Randall Park. He later joined Park to form the comedy troupe 'The Propaganders'. In addition to Silicon Valley, Chiou has appeared in various TV shows including IZombie, House M.D., The Cape, Victorious, Parenthood, CSI:NY, Grey's Anatomy, Southland, Dollhouse, NCIS, Hannah Montana, Chuck, Just Jordan, and 'Til Death.
